The Spring Edition of Tides & Time is Here

May 2026

A Note from Marsha

Welcome to the Thoughtful Home

Hi friends,

I’m so excited to finally share the Spring Issue of Tides & Time with you.

This issue feels especially personal because it’s filled with so many things I deeply love: the sea, beautiful homes, thoughtful fashion, slow living, and the quiet beauty of life here in Nova Scotia.

Inside these pages, you’ll find coastal-inspired interiors, soft layered fashion, reflections on creating a life that feels calm and intentional, and inspiration drawn from the rhythms of seaside living. It’s less about trends and more about how we want to feel in our homes, in our clothes, and in our everyday lives.

Recently, I listened to an episode of the Mel Robbins podcast where a guest suggested asking yourself each morning:
“How do I want to feel today?”

That question stayed with me.

Because I think our homes and our wardrobes should support that feeling; not overwhelm us. I believe in letting go of the pieces, habits, and clutter that no longer fit who we are becoming. Less noise. More ease. More intention. More beauty in the everyday.

This magazine is an extension of that philosophy.

A little escape.
A little inspiration.
A reminder that life does not need to be rushed to be beautiful.

I hope you’ll pour a coffee or tea, get cozy, and spend some time flipping through the pages.

✨ Read the Spring Issue Here.

If you take a read, I’d truly love to hear what resonates with you. This magazine was created with you in mind, and your thoughts, reflections, and ideas help shape what it can become.

Feel free to reply and share what you enjoyed, what you’d love to see more of, or simply how it made you feel. Your feedback is always welcome here.

With love from the coast,
Marsha

P.S. Many of the fashion pieces featured throughout the issue are inspired by Anatolia Living ; one of my favourite shops for timeless, coastal-inspired pieces.

Design Clarity Weekly Helping Design Professionals Streamline, Simplify & Succeed Hey Lovely! There’s a lot of conversation in our industry around design, aesthetics, and client experience. Leadership in whether you give credit. Leadership in whether you train someone properly instead of expecting...

Design Clarity Weekly Helping Design Professionals Streamline, Simplify & Succeed Hey Lovely! This week, as I shared on my social feed, there’s been a viral reel circulating about the cost of furnishing a 5,000+ sq/ft home. I’ve had a lot of DMs, texts, and emails from you asking the same thing And I know the honest answer isn’t necessarily what you were hoping to hear. Because if you’ve been pulled into that conversation by a client, online, or even in your own head; I want to ground you in...
